Terms of Service

Effective date: 28 October 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Promptly mobile application, website at getpromptly.uk, and related services (together, “Promptly”). Please read them before using the service.

1. Who provides Promptly?

Promptly is operated by AVENIQ LABS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17548934.

Registered office:
45 Eleanor Street
London E3 4UR
United Kingdom

Contact: admin@getpromptly.uk.

2. Using Promptly

Promptly helps you improve text prompts for use with AI tools. Its features may include Quick Enhance, Smart Enhance, saved prompts, and account-based access. You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service lawfully.

You must not misuse Promptly, interfere with its security or operation, attempt to bypass usage limits, access another person's account without permission, or submit material that you do not have the right to use.

3. Free beta and usage limits

During the current beta, Promptly is provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid features. We may introduce optional paid services in the future, but we will explain their terms and prices before any purchase; we will not charge you merely because you used the free beta.

The current allowance is 10 prompt enhancements per account per UTC calendar day. Quick Enhance generally uses one enhancement. Smart Enhance generally reserves one enhancement when generating clarification questions and completes it when the enhanced prompt is generated; it is not intended to charge a second enhancement for the final prompt. Failed or interrupted requests may be refunded or reconciled automatically, sometimes after a delay. Limits and features may change with reasonable notice where appropriate.

Beta features may contain defects or be unavailable at times. We may modify, suspend or discontinue beta functionality, subject to applicable law.

4. AI-generated content

Promptly uses third-party AI technology to help generate or improve prompts. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate for your intended use. Do not rely on Promptly as a substitute for qualified professional advice in legal, medical, financial or other high-stakes matters.

Promptly is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the providers of other AI assistants merely because you can use prompts with those tools.

5. Your content and saved prompts

You retain whatever rights you have in the content you submit to Promptly. You give AVENIQ LABS LTD a limited permission to process that content as necessary to operate the features you request, including sending relevant content to our AI service provider. We do not claim ownership of your submitted prompts.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to submit content and that doing so does not violate another person's rights or applicable law. AI-generated outputs may not be unique, and similar results may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee that any output is eligible for copyright protection or free from third-party rights.

Information about how we process and retain personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

Except for your content and third-party materials, the Promptly name, branding, app interface, software and other service materials are owned by or licensed to AVENIQ LABS LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

7. Accounts, suspension and deletion

You can delete your account from the app's Settings screen. We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address security risks, misuse, legal obligations or serious breaches of these terms. Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to contact us.

For help with account access or deletion, contact admin@getpromptly.uk. See the Privacy Policy for information about deletion and data retention.

8. Availability and responsibility

We aim to operate Promptly with reasonable care and skill, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free AI outputs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or by uses of generated content that we could not reasonably foresee.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in Promptly, legal requirements or our business. We will publish the updated terms with a new effective date and give additional notice when required. If you do not agree to revised terms, you may stop using Promptly and delete your account.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory rights and court protections available to you under applicable law. Please contact us first at admin@getpromptly.uk if you have a concern.
